Our Process
Work Order Received & Initial Assessment
We receive the order, discuss any pre-approved items that may get done on the initial visit (if any), and coordinate the visit with any manager, tenant, or agent.
Site Visit and Repairs Underway
We get to work! Our use of software and processes allows us to document our service start to finish, provide required support to our field technicians, and enable our back office to get to work immediately on addition repair bids and correspondence with our clients.
Completion and Invoicing
With the need fulfilled, we close out the work order, issue an invoice and receive payment according to our vendor-client payment terms. As needed, we may provide photos and records to our client such as before and after photos, key details of the service, suggested repair items for later, etc.
