Can I get a quote without a site visit?

Yes, in many cases, a quick description and a few photos can get us a long way in quoting a project.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not always. Many services can be completed while you’re away, as long as we have access to the property. We’ll coordinate details with you in advance. However, if we are working indoors and there is someone home, there must be an adult over the age of 18 present per our standard policy.

How quickly can work be scheduled?

Scheduling depends on the scope of work and current availability, but we aim to respond quickly and provide timely service. Depending on your needs we can schedule a fixed date or keep you in a revolving queue that can be done a little faster if we manage to make it into your area and complete other work ahead of schedule.

Do you offer free estimates?

Some services can be quoted remotely at no cost. For projects requiring a site visit, an assessment fee may apply and can often be applied toward the work if approved. This allows us to make use of all our billable time and serve our current customers in accordance with our schedule.

How do I request service?

You can call, text, or submit a request through our website. We’ll review your request and follow up with the next steps. For the smoothest experience we ask that you include photos of the problem area, work needed, or even inspiration photos if looking to build something from scratch.

What types of repairs do you handle?

Can I send photos for a quote?

Yes and we encourage it. In many cases, photos or a quick video can help us provide faster and more accurate estimates without needing an initial visit.

How do I know the work will be done correctly?

We focus on clear communication, proper planning, and quality execution. We also document work as needed so you can see exactly what was completed.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to resolve any issues promptly if they arise. We aim to see you again for other work as we thrive on recurring business, so acccountability for our past work is very important. Always reference warranty details in any of our scopes of work. We are also insured.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and time required. We aim to provide clear and accurate estimates upfront.

How do payments work?

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service and client. Details are provided prior to starting work. We accept Checks, Credit Card, Wire, ACH. Smaller orders are also payable in Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and Credit Card.

Do you offer handyman services near me?

Yes. We handle a wide range of general repairs, maintenance, and small projects, both inside and outside the home. For our local area we like to offer handyman services, seasonal services, and other promotional services year-round.

Yes. We can coordinate scheduling and access with tenants while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. We reach out to tenants and/or acknowledge receipt of work orders as soon as we see them so that you can rest assured someone is taking care of the work.

We primarily focus on single-family homes, providing services for homeowners, rental properties, and other real estate professionals.

Do you charge for site visits or assessments?

Yes. Site visits are typically billed as a minimum service charge or completed alongside pre-approved work. This ensures time on-site is used efficiently while allowing us to assess additional repairs and provide accurate estimates. We’ll always communicate expectations clearly before scheduling.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary based on the scope of work and tenant availability or property access, but we prioritize responsiveness and timely completion to minimize disruptions.

Can you handle turnovers between tenants?

Yes. We provide turnover services including repairs, cleanouts, and preparation to get units ready for the next tenant.
